“Beautiful property surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Large spacious villas with everything we needed, the most comfortable resort/motel bed I have ever slept in, super quiet away from the hustle & bustle of the busy main areas, but close enough to the main township of Avarua, within easy walking distance to bus stop & amenities. Friendly staff, nothing was an issue. We loved our stay here & will definitely return when visiting Rarotonga again!”

“A beautiful lodge with nice decoration, amenities and large room. Staff are very friendly. I requested for additional banana from the Chambermaid and on the following day, she gave me a bunch. Very thoughtful of her. Well located near the beach and you can enjoy sunset. ”

“The hotel’s location is great, with convenient transportation and many good restaurants within walking distance, especially with a night market right next door. However, the hotel’s facilities are quite outdated, and the cleanliness of the rooms is average. There is even a leakage issue with the ceiling. The breakfast options are limited, making the value for money quite average for the price. Not highly recommended.”

“This was our second stay at Avana Beachfront Apartments with manager Desiree and friendly staff. The studio has all the amenities , and a wonderful view of the lagoon from the deck. It’s close enough to Muri restaurants, stores and the night market to make it easy for dining options and breakfast coffee. Had a lovely time paddling in the kayaks and swimming in the pool when the weather was windy. Friendly, helpful staff who do their best to make sure you get a wonderful holiday. We loved our 2……
