“Comfortable little house for two and a dog.Enjoyed the surrounding area. Great. ”

“Spent a lovely few days at the Hobbit Cottage. It has a dog friendly garden and it is a short walk to Kames Bay. You can access the Cathedral of the Isles from the end of the cul-de-sac which takes less than 5 minutes. The cottage is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. June, our host, was very attentive and you only had to ask if you needed anything.”

We had a minor issue whilst staying but Patsy the owner was very friendly and communicated well and acted quickly to resolve, she was a pleasure to deal with. The house is perfectly located as every window you look out of house a different amazing view. Spectacular walks right out of the back gate and out the front down by the loch. “This property is extremely spacious, it has 3 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and would easily accomodate a large family.Everything you could need was provided and to top it off there were gifts left for us of wine, chocolates, ice cream and a bottle of milk.Lovely touches and great communication with both the housekeeper and the owner when necessary.Just a short lochside walk into the small town where there are a few pubs and eating places.All in all we feel this property is very good value for……

“What a lovely cottage in a beautiful location. On an arrival it was lovely to have a little welcome package and to find the cottage spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed. No need to have brought wash liquid, toilet rolls etc. The surrounding area is fantastic and is convenient for local amenities.Wish we could have stayed longer. ”
