“My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for a few nights while I was in town for a work event. The property is conveniently located a short drive away from numerous family attractions which made it easy for us to create some good memories. We loved the hot tub with a very nice view of St. Louis. The only downside we found was the lack of privacy the master suite had from the rest of the house. ”

“My husband and I needed to disconnect from our busy lives. Coming down to the Shawnee area turned out to be the best choice, and this cabin played a large part in that! On the exterior, the cabin is well-seasoned now, showing a history of nature rightfully integrating into the wood. The interior is as cozy as it looks! “This was our 5th time staying at the Redbud cottage and we never leave disappointed.. maybe tired but not unhappy lolWe always appreciate the space.. we have 5 kids and having a nice kitchen and big table that’s so accommodating to our size family is wonderful. We LOVE how big and open the windows are.. at night it adds to our spooky movies and we love waking up to the sun in the morning. All around beautiful setting. “It was a beautiful property and very, very clean. I appreciated the incidentals provided, like shampoo, paper plates and cutlery, spices, and coffee. The bedrooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable. Although we only had 6 adults, there was another bedroom for two more. There was plenty of room to move around and hang out.
