“Lawrenceville is a quiet small town with lots of choices of dining including the bar/grill downstairs from the apt. The apartment was clean and more spacious than it appears in the photos. The main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, family room and laundry are all on the same level with a narrow spiral staircase that takes you upstairs to more beds and a bathroom. ”

“The only instruction to pick up the key was to pick it up at the office, and if there was any trouble after hours, to call the maintenance man. I arrived at 11pm due to traffic delays, and the office was locked with no instruction on how to get the key. I made several calls and texts each to the host and the maintenance man. 30 minutes later, the host texted back saying the maintenence man was asleep, and she apologized for my inconvenience. Because it was the state track championship that……

“We were in town for a swim meet at SIU and this was perfect. Right across the street from campus. Property was clean, and the host communicated well. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”
