“We arrived and the place was clean and decorated nicely. Very charming. We could hear the people in the next apartment so sound was somewhat of an issue. It was a bit chilly in the kitchen due to no mini split being only in the bedrooms. Kitchen was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. ”

“We were in town for a swim meet at SIU and this was perfect. Right across the street from campus. Property was clean, and the host communicated well. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

“The location is ideal - we walked to campus and dinner at Quatros. Great communication and instructions. The rooms are on the 3rd floor and we took the industrial style stairs. The room was fine - good bed, kitchen well supplied, good bathroom.”

“The rental is cozy and comfortable. The apartment was pristine. There is a steep staircase to the apartment which could be troublesome for anyone with mobility issues. You do hear quite a bit of noise from the downstairs bar. It wasn't much of an issue on Friday night and the bar closes relatively early so we weren't bothered by it on Friday night. Unfortunately, Saturday night was another story. Our neighbors in the other suite were quite rowdy. They held a party in their room after the……
