“I felt like I was stepping in my grandparents house with the cute retro vibe! This place was super cute and well stocked with everything we needed. The only downside were the steps, but it worked my leg muscles! Super convenient to SEMO and downtown Cape. ”

“This upstairs unit is perfect for a long weekend getaway trip! It has everything you need and is in the perfect location to the downtown area. Walking distance to shopping and great restaurants! The area is very safe and my daughter and I are comfortable walking around the downtown area any time of day.Great owner with quick response time! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!”

“This property was perfect. Communication was great with the host prior to arriving. Due to a cancellation from another guest, the host upgraded my reservation to a bigger apartment. I loved the double security being a single female traveler. There was a locked door at the Street level as well as the keypad to get into my apartment. I will definitely choose this property in the future when I travel for work.”

“We arrived and the place was clean and decorated nicely. Very charming. We could hear the people in the next apartment so sound was somewhat of an issue. It was a bit chilly in the kitchen due to no mini split being only in the bedrooms. Kitchen was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. ”

“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”
