“Property manager was super easy to get into contact with and amazingly accommodating (we were traveling with a boat and trailer in addition to our vehicle). We had no issues at all, but I could see how one may be “confused” for getting to the location/door *IF* they did not read the instructions correctly - I know how some people are about skimming the content sometimes… don’t do that and you’ll be perfectly fine! ”
