Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. “The Heart Milan Apartments - Duomo District was exactly what we were looking for for our vacation in Milan. The entire team was very proactive with their communication before and during the stay. Thankfully for our family of four, there were three bedrooms in the apartment, along with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. “Nice place, bed was soft but good enough. Clean, organised, full of appliances for my opinion. When the vent was on during the day (compulsory), it was not quiet enough but it was kinda fine, though it was accompanied by a mildew smell, that went away when the vent is off at 5pm. I had no mirror in the apartment. Also, could hear people walking upstairs. Overall, would reccommend as it is kinda cheap for the area.”
