Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. Guest directed me to manager. Manager refused to speak to me @ my guaranteed reservation for 2 nights, and told me Sold Out!
