“Loved the property! Loved the location! Loved the room! Everything was perfect!”

“Room is big but very old, many bugs and mosquitoes. Shared bathroom is clean but needa wait for it especially in the morning. The night staff is very nice. There is a cat adopted by the staff which run into our room and cause allergies on us. This is not stated before and seriously disturbed our stay there. Be aware of did you pay for the ac, even you paid for it you still have to ask for the remote control. The location is closed to Milan Centrale station, abt 7-8 mins walking distance.”

“Very comfortable, the rooms are located nearby a metro station which makes our visit to Milan and nearby cities very convenient. The room is well decorated, the staff there are willing to help and give us many ideas about restaurant or city tour. The housekeeping service is excellent!!! I would definitely recommend serendipity rooms to all of you! For a short trip, business reason, really worth.”

“雖然淋浴間比較小，但整體住宿環境完美，不輸星級旅館。雖然我們比較晚check in，半夜遇到問題聯絡管理者，但態度還是非常好👍 早餐很有誠意，雖然因為行程安排我們只住了一晚，但這裡絕對是下次我們會再來訪的地方！”
