“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

“This property overlooks Hampton Beach and is located within easy walking distance of the beach, activities and eateries. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around the suite. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including great advice about where to go for dinner. We were able to overlook a view that was incredible. On the last day we ate breakfast and watched a seal out in the water such a neat treat. ”

“Super clean updated rustic house. Spacious living area away from bedrooms. Large kitchen with everything you could need. Bed linens were lovely on comfy beds. Loved the deck of living space & outdoor the fire pit with plenty of new chairs. The lake water is pristine and was the perfect temperature! Sandy area for easy entry. Lots of boat traffic but the house beach is in a cove that is protected. Would have liked it if there were canoe/kayak available, but otherwise everything you need is on……

“Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!”

“Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.”
