“The place was easy to find and close proximity to Skiing at Gunstock Mtn. The place was clean and easy to access. Own parking space which would be difficult to locate if snow was covering the ground as number was only painted on the pavement on the ground! “This property overlooks Hampton Beach and is located within easy walking distance of the beach, activities and eateries. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around the suite. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including great advice about where to go for dinner. We were able to overlook a view that was incredible. “We booked this property last minute for a beach stay! It is 1 block from the beach which is convenient. Parking was easy under the condo. The condo was very clean with most amenities available. The sofa bed was ok in a pinch or for small kids that don't mind the lumps. Otherwise, bring an air mattress and you'll be fine. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!”

“The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated and the location and view are both amazing. All of the furniture was very comfy including the bed and on the balcony. Dan and Kathie are great to work with, super responsive and so nice. Plenty of towels, dishes, pots, pans, etc. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this condo again!”
