“It was late that night when we arrived, but the front desk was very patient and professional when checking in. After we checked in, the front desk staff made a phone return visit. Maybe there was a big party that day and the elevator was a little dirty. But we were very impressed by the service at the front desk. The location of the hotel is good, easy to access the west Edmonton mall or the Premium Outlet Collection Mall.”

“Staying in this area of Edmonton. Sawridge location was best. Decent restaurant. Room had a balcony facing west. Despite being on a busy highway, room was fairly quiet. Staff I dealt with were friendly & helpful.”
