“We had an absolutely wonderful stay. After chatting with manager Ben at the front desk, he offered us a free upgraded room, which we gratefully accepted. The upgraded room, which included a separated bedroom and lounge area, was just perfect for me and my wife, as she could go to bed early while I was able to stay up working without disturbing her. This was our best stay in Edmonton so far, and we will very likely choose this hotel again in the future.”

“The rooms are awesome! Comfy, quiet, well appointed, clean, and updated. Huge modern TVs. Lots of USB plugs and great lighting and decor. Supremely comfy bed! The hotel common areas, however, have seen better days. Staff are friendly, patient and helpful. Parking has plugs available for winter (for block heaters). Great location near a major mall. Despite the shabbiness of the common areas and the frequent smell of cigarette smoke in the entries and hallways, I’d stay here again. ”

“We had two rooms for our brief two night stay in Edmonton. Beds, bathrooms, shower were all very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start the day - this was one of the reasons we booked the Holiday Inn, and it didn't disappoint. Lots of food options for breakfast and they are constantly restocking anything that runs out. One of the rooms had some kind of water damage on the floor of the carpet so it was constantly wet and had a strong cleaner smell to it, but it was……
