“This was the exact vacation rental that I was looking for. Looking over the channel, watching the seals and listening to the buoy bell ring as the ships went by created a serene and relaxing atmosphere with our morning coffee. Thank you for being so accommodating with my early arrival. Wendy was excellent in extending her willingness to help us with anything that we needed during our stay. “The host was very accomodating and responsive. The house has a nice arctic entry for storing gear. 2 refrigerators, and a chest freezer. Plenty of space to store food. Smart TVs in every room. And comfortable beds. Very much recommend”

“Check-in and out were seamless. The property is as described and very comfortable for our family group. All three beds were very comfortable. Being just steps away from Mill Bay was great! We loved being able to go the the beach there daily. Very quiet location with easy access to everything the Island has to offer. Perfect place to spend a week on my 60th Birthday bucket list trip. ”

Both the views from the house and location are fantastic to see and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of Kodiak Island. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it was difficult for me to figure out how to unlock the door after entering the code. Thankfully i had someone in my group who could and Kodiak is safe enough that we left the door unlocked most of the time we were there ”
