“The home needs a lot of updates. The bathroom walls had cracks and there was no water pressure and only luke warm water in the shower and sink. The bedrooms had sheer type drapes and you could see outside and inside with the homes right next to each other. The kitchen cabinets were greasy, the freezer had lots of food in it mostly expired. The cabinets had lots of can goods and spices that were expired. Some cabinets did not close completely. There was a pet food dish in one cabinet. The……

“Newly remodeled 2nd floor property that could sleep 8. Was tastefully done and very clean and comfortable. Down side 22 steps up....but it was good exercise”

“The apartment was perfect for the weekend. It was very spacious and everything was walkable distance from getting something to eat to going for a walk on the beach. The host was very nice responded fast to any questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. ”

“Perfect location for a short family trip to Grand Rapids. Close enough to get to any part of downtown in less than 10 min but far enough where parking and noise isn’t an issue. My 3 year old loved going to the pond to throw rocks and read books in the library after a day of exploring downtown.”

“This home is definitely in a prime location! Right in the middle of town, it is an easy walk to practically everything. You might have to walk quite a while to get to your car, as parking isn’t included and during busy times, it is impossible to find parking in the town.The house is cute but starting to show its age. Things looked clean, but mildew stains on the tile in the shower and the terrible smell of cat urine when you first walk in didn’t leave the best impression. Thankfully the cat……
