“The house and spaces were good for our group of 7 adults and 6 children. Basement was a good spot for a lot of play. Family enjoyed fun with ping pong and pool. Good location. However, there were several items that we all believed should have been better considering our rental: There were no garbage bags when we arrived, 1 dishwasher pod, the towels were ragged and very thin, inadequate toilet paper, the batteries in the fireplace candles were mostly dead. “Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!”
