“Not our first time at this lovely hotel, but this stay lacked in service. When checking in, we were supposed to get 2 free drinks, which they didn't offer. I had to go back down to ask for them. No apology. Ordered room service to be delivered between 8-8:30p as that's when the person staying with me was arriving from work. The order came at 7:30p, 30 min early. Mentioned it to the front desk, no apology... but offered to reheat it if we wanted. Really? Reheat Pasta and a burger? Asked……
