“The front desk service is really nice ”

“We recently stayed at Bonneville Hot Springs Resort and Spa, and it was a fantastic experience. The resort is a hidden gem, nestled in a beautiful area near the Columbia River Gorge. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The spa is a big plus, offering a wonderful way to unwind and relax. We also enjoyed the coffee shop, which served great coffee. What really stood out was how well the resort suits families with kids. Overall, everything about our stay……

“We took long time to check in. And when we found the key was not workable, we spent long time to wait for helping. Breakfast was very bad. When we entered restaurant at 8am,we found almost no food there, as well as no utensils. We had to walk to McDonald to eat.”

“The room was clean and had a gated entrance. No on-site staff, had to check in at their other property a few miles away. First room, the toilet didn't flush so we had to go back to other location to get another key for another room. Bed was kind of small, only a full size bed located right in the middle of the room so not much of a walkway. Staff at the other location was nice and it was a nice room for the price.”

“We are four senior women driving from a concert in Ridgefield WA an hours drive away after midnight. Our instructions to get there were vague. We called to say we were lost and weren't going to make the 1:30 check-in. They not only helped us get there but assured us they would accommodate us. They gave us a late check out the following day no charge and would have allowed us to use the hot tub if we wanted. Our room accommodated the four of us perfectly and was quite large so we were happy!……
