“Kleines äusserst nettes Hotel zentral gelegen. Guten Wein gibt´s vom eigenen Weingut. Lunch oder Dinner gibt´s nicht - macht aber nichts, weil es genügend gute Restaurants in Colonia gibt.”
“Fine stay in perfect location! Lovely building with excellent roof terrace and shared lounge area. Stayed in a double room and besides a slight drainage smell and glitchy TV remote all was great. Walked from the bus station and to the ferry terminal with backpacks no probs!”

“I loved the 4 days I stayed at Caliu. The owners are lovely and I enjoyed the ecological build of the rooms that gave me many ideas for my own renovation for the ancient house I purchased in Italy half a year ago. I love the natural cooling system which makes A/C obsolete, the attached greenhouse with tropical plants that are watered with recycled water from the shower, the hotel owned organic garden which supplies their cute restaurant and how quiet it is there.

“Pequeno hotel, um pouco afastado do centro de Colonia, mas uma excelente opção para quem quer descansar e usufruir da excelente gastronomia do hotel. Almoçamos, jantamos e tomamos cafe da manha, tudo excelente. Jardins e vinhedos muito lindos na propriedade. Funcionários atenciosos. Na saída, ganhamos um pote de geléia produzida por eles. O vinho deles também é honesto. Voltaremos!”
