“The house was exactly how it looked on the website. There were no surprises that we didnt expect. I was in touch with the manager and he responded promptly to all my emails. My kids loved the house. There was parking in the area. Bathrooms worked. Beds were comfortable. Was minutes away from all the attractions so we didnt have to travel a lot. Had a great experience. Would definitely give it an overall 5 star. Thank you!”

“We did a guys golf trip hitting courses around both Baltimore and Washington DC. We didn’t spend much time at the property but plenty of rooms and beds and perfect to get a few families together and meet up for a vacation”

“Last minute family trip to Baltimore. House was perfect for our family. Location was great, walking diatance to camden Yards for a baseball game (25 minutes) and to the Inner Harbor (15 minutes). Awesome rooftop deck woth panoramic views of downtown that we didnt take advantage of enough. Thanks for letting us stay!”

“The property had many rooms, and the back yard was nice. Other than that it had a musty smell/ smelled like cats when we first entered. The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights but if you plan on doing longer I wouldn’t recommended it. I will say……

“My husband and I had a very nice stay at the cottage. The bed was very comfortable, the house was located in a beautiful park-like setting, the home was clean and we enjoyed our time there. We had our small dog with us and it would have been nice to let him run out back in the fenced-in yard but the grass had not been cut and was a little tall so we walked him out front when needed. ”

“The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood down to the water, wandering around Annapolis, and attending USNA events. The location was excellent for day trips to the Eastern shore and Frederick. ”

“This was presented as a verbo property with the whole condo available. It was not . It is a room in this guys basement. 14 steps up and then 12 steps down to the basement. The front door lock touch pad is upside-down underneath the door handle. The host called me the day I arrived and said the kitchen was "on me to use." When I arrived the counter top was completely covered with dishes and containers. There was no table or chairs to sit. No opportunity to any meal prep. The host called……
