“洗澡的熱水要開很久才會有熱水出來，說是因為邊間的問題。我也懶的換房間。 床偏軟。其他整體不錯。地點很好。”

“水管每次的使用都会有异响，楼下的餐馆音乐放得太响，我们住的315号房间，服务人员都很热情，算不错的体验！停车费如果不是45刀就更好了哈哈😂”

“I had to book here because the previous hotel I booked had closed and did notified me and Expedia, but it work for the best. I will defenety stay here again, I love my room and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location and I was able to walk to the event that I was going. ”

“It was close enough to walk to the harbor. Water in the bathroom sink wouldn't turn off. Once reported they fixed it quickly.”

“Wonderful, helpful hotel and valet staff. Valet parking is nice but wasn't comfortable waiting in the street for a spot to open up at night. Breakfast buffet was ok and lobby area could have been cleaner. Room was clean and comfortable.”

“Front desk was amazing and very helpful I checked in for a concert and I got along very well with the afternoon front desk. I can’t remember his name, very friendly person. Complimented me on my 60s outfit because that was the theme of rauws Alejandro concert. It was an easy and fast check in. No issues checking out also. Over all night audit and morning girls was great. Lovely staff. ”
