“Every one of us, ages 71, 69, 13, & 8 absolutely loved this place & the 13 year old asked if we could go again sometime, as we pulled away to head home. The house is roomy with a well set up kitchen. The setting is perfect for folks who like to "get away from it all", & the creek directly behind the house, along with small waterfalls on the property, are absolutely "icing on the cake". “We enjoyed spending Christmas 2024 in Sparta, TN. The stay was perfect. The house was cozy and welcoming. Smithville, the closest town, was charming. There was shopping and a couple of restaurants in town. If your goal is to relax, this is the place. My family enjoyed it and is looking forward to coming back at some point. The hosts are very attentive. We had one small issue, which they resolved on a dime. Great stay!”
