“This would be a great space to have a romantic getaway with your other half. The space was exactly as described and bland is such a wonderful town. The only thing I wish was that they had at least one recliner. Also to the host please replace the window sill on the left side it would be shame to let the termites get into those old logs. Thanks for such a wonderful stay I never expected to find such a clean wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect for a weekend getaway.”

“This cabin is one of the most well appointed homes we have rented. Beautiful would be an understatement! We rented for our visit to the Galax Fiddlers Convention, but would be a great cabin in the woods to just get away for a few days. Surrounded by trees, very serene. Decorative Pond and firepit area was awesome. You'll be impressed by the decor!”

“This was a delightfully peaceful stay for my husband and me. There is plenty of room for at least 6 people and even a detached building/BBQ to entertain around 30 people and ample parking.David Woodie is a wonderful host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of this Host’s properties. It is very conveniently located to downtown Sparta, which is charming. Great restaurants with live music, shopping and grocery store close by (10 minutes away). We loved it! Looking forward to going……

I wish we would have had more time to spend there but we were just passing through and only stayed one night. Loved the lakefront property with a covered boat dock, perfect for a little fishing. Nice surprise to find the porch swing on the dock, wonderful place to enjoy the view of the lake, watching the sunset. We were tickled to find a vacation place, reasonably priced that was pet friendly. The steamy hot tub made our 30th Anniversary extra special.”
