“Cozy feeling to the cabin..beautiful, peaceful setting on the lake. We saw deer walking through the yard! So amazing! Will definitely return for another stay. We hosted a family cookout for about 12 people, and one family member requested information and interest about property for his own famiky getaway. The hist was always prompt about answering all questions we had. Really enjoyed our stay”

“My wife and I stayed at Blackberry Bungalow at the end of July and could not have been happier with our experience - all expectations were exceeded. The location of the home, the neighborhood, proximity to the water and to local trails were all outstanding. The home was clean, beautifully set up, perfectly designed and exceeded all of our needs. “We had a great time! The little town is great and the house was nice and spacious. We had everything we needed and the communication was top notch. It was a little cobwebby but I assume that is just because it’s a little rustic and in the country and it didn’t bother me. ”

“Such an isolated, beautiful cabin on a peninsula to the little river! So peaceful! The kids loved playing on the sand hills that were made after hurricane Helene came through the area. Four fish were caught!”

“It was ideal for me, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Many outdoor spaces to enjoy. As remote as it felt, ir was an easy drive to resupply and some good hiking trails. The house had quality furnishings and just felt like a sturdy build. This was the simplest check-in/out I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend this place. ”

There is plenty of room for at least 6 people and even a detached building/BBQ to entertain around 30 people and ample parking.David Woodie is a wonderful host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of this Host’s properties. It is very conveniently located to downtown Sparta, which is charming. Great restaurants with live music, shopping and grocery store close by (10 minutes away). We loved it! Looking forward to going……
