“Beautiful lake house with a gorgeous view. The weather was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor space fully but the dock and porches are awesome! The house is super clean and we love the decor. Everything looked fresh and new. A few tricky things- the master is down a very narrow spiral staircase. It’s difficult to carry coffee or anything really and walk down the steps. And the noise from upstairs travels down the staircase since there isn’t a door to close for the master. The bathroom on the main……

“We had a great stay at this property in Draper during our family spring break trip, which also included a tour of Virginia Tech. The location was perfect—less than an hour drive to campus. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was a great base for both exploring the area and spending quality time together as a family. And the dogs absolutely loved the yard! Overall, a very positive experience—we’d definitely stay here again!”

“We found this townhome to be very rustic on the outside but very modern and updated inside. When we built our house we had parquet floors throughout and Berber carpet just like the bedrooms in the townhouse so we especially loved it! The stairs were a bit much for both of us due to knee injuries but we managed. A railing going downstairs would have been a huge help. It would be nice if the dumpsters were closer by the unit. “Eight of us stayed at this property with their own base for skiing and tubing at Winterplace. Commute there was easy and the home has everything you need for comfort. Plenty of room for our party of eight without feeling like we were on top of each other. Sonya was very responsive and has wonderful welcoming touches throughout the home! View is spectacular and we just sit for hours watching the river flow by.
