“Beautiful land and friendly host! ”

“I would stay here again! That says a lot! The views and getting to pet the horses was an incredible experience. The AC was new! I saw maybe 2 ants. The kitchen had plenty of pots & pans to cook for our group of 12. There are 6 bedrooms. The two queen beds in a large space, is in the basement plus two bedrooms. Everyone slept well. The linen was plentiful in each bathroom & the kitchen. Always love to have a welcome basket upon arrival of the VRBO. Kirby was prompt to answer any questions via……

“My 8yr old son and I were in town for one night and needed a place to stay. Found the Blank Slate bus and jumped on it, AFTER reading all of the details. We could not have had more fun! Everything was tidy and clean. Having most of our camping supplies, we were over prepared. Once we got settled in for the night, it was all we needed. Waking up in a forest but only a few miles from civilization was a plus.Could not recommend more! It was lovely.”

“So much potential with this one! The cabin was brand new and beautiful. So was the bathhouse. Property is on a busy road with cars and motorcycles zipping by until the late hours. Property manager did not send confirmation until 20 minutes after check in time, I was on the road and couldn’t respond and by the time I got there and realized there was no cell service. I could not access my app to write to request the Wi-Fi password… If there is one? Normally this would not be priority,……

“This property is beautiful and the house is wonderful. It is very important that anyone who stays here is aware of the steepness of the driveway! My car could not make it up. I had read the reviews that warned me and I just thought they were over reacting. They were not. I had to haul my stuff in from half way up because my car could not make it any farther up. If you have kids or are traveling with anyone with a disability, make sure you have a good four wheel drive! That being said, it……

“A very nice house to stay for the weekend, it was clean and had a wonderful view. Walking down to the river was not bad but I would recommend the host really fix up a trail/path down that hill. Kayaks were nice to use, fishing was fun, hot tub worked great, beds were comfy, couches were comfy, house was awesome! ”
