“The luggage racks carts wheels are horrible! We had a lot of luggage for our month long trip. Manuering these carts was very difficult. I let management know. He offered to assist me, very helpful. He said he has advised owner/management. Otherwise, beautiful facility. Area seems to be depressed. Closed Mall next door.”

“My husband was having knee replacement at crystal clinic. This hotel was a mile from the hospital. We arrived the night before surgery. I stayed there as they kept my husband overnight Everyone was so helpful and every morning and evening they would ask me how he was doing. Very friendly and helpful. ”
