“Water pressure is awful in the shower, you can barely wash soap off anything. Get rid of water efficient nozzles its ridiculous. I love holiday day inn express but this is the same thing at every location I've been to. AC/Heat is locked at locations also is a problem. Not everybody likes a room at 65 or 72 degrees. When paying money it should be set at whatever temperature I want. Towels you guys should get another distributor. If your not 120 lbs the towels don't reach around your……

“TV cable didn't work. Internet is slow; hot spot on 5G phone is MUCH faster. One elevator per bldg, located at one end of the building. Slow, but it works. Overall, the property is shopworn, although everything often works. ”

“Pretty shabby on the outside but they take good care of the inside. Good breakfast bar. Diane, the manager, was running ragged, bless her for having to be there 14 hours a day. Very receptive to our requests, friendly. Pool was out of service but we weren't there to swim. Worth the price as a place to stay. ”
