“My mom and I went to Candor to visit her hometown and childhood friends and we chose this location to stay in Spencer. It is within a beautifully and well kept historic property. While there are other units we had our own dedicated space and we wouldn’t have known anyone else was there. Conveniently located next to Nickals park and Lake which was beautiful and has a convenient little mile hiking trail around he water. The diner down the block and the pizzeria are delicious! “Property is easy to find and get to off the highway but the area is quiet. Sayre is not a huge town so everything is within a relatively short drive. The staff was just wonderful. Everyone we had contact with was friendly, helpful and great. Visitors be advised that half of the town is CLOSED on Sundays so if you are planning to stay over a Sunday you may find restaurants and other services limited. Not the hotels' fault, just the way the town is. ”
