“Don’t let the the outside fool you. Inside the rooms are very well done and spotless. Breakfast was tasty, well cooked and hot. Coffee was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the allow dogs.”

“Stayed here for a 2 night break. Friendly welcome and a lovely room (The Hayloft). Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and cereal to start and a nice home cooked breakfast. Great touch with having a toaster on the table to toast the delicious bread and enjoy the marmalade. Breakfast was efficient with no waiting. Liz and John have a delightful place for a stay.”

“What a wonderful place to stay in Suffolk. The food was really tasty and good size portions. I stayed overnight and my room was really cozy, peaceful and had a balcony overlooking the back garden. The staff were super lovely and friendly. I would stay again if I am ever in the area in the future.”

“Just perfect, We were not sure when we booked as it was just a place to stay while we visited friends, but if we are in the area we will go back the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The shower was lovely. What can I say about the pub, well all pubs should be like this. The staff were brilliant and the food was amazing. I don’t ever do reviews as I think I will do that later but this time it needed doing if I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would. Nothing is to much trouble and you are made to……

“A comfortable stay in a great location handy for those outdoorsy people, basic breakfast provided in your room including fresh orange juice only one small grip shower can be temperamental suddenly going hot or cold ,would I stay here again yes definitely and would I recommend aguan definitely it is perfect for a short stay and better room facilities than more expensive places so its a thumbs up from me ”
