“Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen :) das Frühstück ist ausreichend um gut in den Tag zu starten. Die Anlage wurde täglich gepflegt, ist sehr sauber und schön anzusehen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz für den Mietwagen, ohne diesen ist man etwas abseits. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.”

“We stayed at Hotel Punta Est already twice and every time it has been a great experience. This year even more than last year - we stayed 8 days and felt directly very welcomed, the room was already ready for check-in upon arrival at 11:30 am so the vacations could not have started better. Throughout our stay the staff at the reception (especially Khadija) and at the the restaurant have been very, very attentive, super friendly and professional, even bringing me vegan croissants at the table……

“We really liked our stay, breakfast had enough options for Italy, and good coffee. Diner - salad & desert bar as well as choice of 3 served apetizers and main courses. We loved the memory foam mattresses and pillows. Staff was very nice from cleaning ladies through receptions until waiters, we even got an upgrade to celebrate our anniversary! The only thing that needs improvement is the door lock that kept getting stuck (it was a real struggle to open the room) and the extremly narrow shower… i……

“This hotel was an absolute lifesaver! I arrived last minute, late at night, and the receptionist kindly stayed late just to welcome me and check us in. The location is fantastic—less than a 5-minute walk to the port of Palau. Many of the rooms offer beautiful water views, which was such a nice surprise. It’s a no-frills hotel, but it’s incredibly clean, has air conditioning throughout, and includes breakfast. What really sets it apart is the warm and welcoming staff—they go above and beyond.……
