“The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly! The property itself was gorgeous and I only wish we could have stayed longer. My favorite part was waking up with an incredible view and how clean everything was. We were pleasantly surprised to see the property is enclosed with a gate and fences for our dog to roam. I can’t say enough good things about this place! The only drawbacks were the uphill gravel road that made it difficult to drive up and the lack of hot water which the hosts were very……

“The property was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The only recommendation that I have is that it needs more cleaning products. For example, there was no soap for the bathroom sinks, only 1 packet for dishwasher detergent (hardly sufficient for a 3-night stay), and a very small bottle of dish detergent. ”

The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The kids loved the pool and lake. We had an amazing afternoon renting a pontoon boat. One thing about this property is that it's managed by the resort so we didn't get the personal touches that we often find with VRBO……

“Staying at Shipyard 2.0 was a fantastic experience! The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, making it a truly welcoming space. Attention to detail was everywhere, with extra towels, supplies, etc. Landon was an excellent host, providing clear communication and helpful videos & tips about local restaurants and activities. “Condo was very nice, and very clean. Our only issue was that we arrived after dark, and the stairs going down to entrance were rather dark. The check-in was a little confusing. The guest services referenced in check-in instructions is actually 1.5miles away from the property. That took us a little while to figure out, and we had zero cellular service with Verizon, in that area. So I had to just drive and find somewhere to stop and ask about it. Overall, once we got settled in we absolutely……
