“I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. “we stayed 5 nights. Although it seems that the hotel is not full, the receptionist refused to give us an upgrade to see view room. Room was comfortable, but bed is not very comfortable. On the contrary to the reception, the staff in the bar and on the terrace with the pool was very friendly and helpful, especially the life guard boy(I don't know his name) who gave us many tips of local interest, where to eat as a local, what is worth visiting, where to shop...
