“Loved our beautiful room and view of the river. The hotel's location in Southbank made it a perfect hub for walking and exploring the central business district. All the staff there were wonderful. The restaurant and bar were fantastic for breakfast and drinks, respectively. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Melbourne”

“酒店大堂裝潢很有格調，走黑白風格，看起來像精品酒店。 Check-in的時候，職員也很友善地講解check時間以及早餐詳情。 進到房間，整體房間裝潢漂亮，枕頭和床褥都軟硬適中，睡得都舒服。 床邊也有一個提高的行李架可以放置行李，那個擺設也挺方便。冷氣也令人很舒適，能夠自由調校大小風。 浴室也裝修得挺漂亮，基本沐浴設備都充足，而且熱水也很快有。唯一要批評的是，廁所的廁板比廁所底座小，所以坐下如廁大腿會碰到廁座，感覺極不衛生；而且廁所有異味。 整體來說如果廁所有改善的話是一所值得推薦的酒店。”

“Amazing hotel and fabulous location directly opposite the beach. Very clean and reception staff polite and helpful. Have stayed there a few times and would stay again. Central to everything as well.”

“Stayed here for 1 night as we landed very late into Melbourne. We got to the motel at around 11:40pm. We took the shuttle directly from the airport, which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for 4, bathroom was clean and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/ shower cap were provided. Towels were soft. I especially loved the heater light bulbs in the bathroom! It kept us warm during the winter. I would definitely come back if I had to stay near the airport. ”

“Hotel is gorgeous, I came largely for the interiors and they did not disappoint! Loved every part of it. Only downside is restaurants were fully booked, couldn’t even get breakfast or a drink at the bar even though we were guests. ”

“It just so happened that construction was underway when we stayed. The place is a bit noisy and annoying, even during the night, but the staff is very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is tidy and clean. ”
