“It was not very accessible. An elevator would've been nice to help get luggage up to the main level. Also, our room needed an extra mirror in the living space and better lighting. Most of the time there was no one around to ask questions, help, etc. A phone # is nice, but not like having a real person to talk with. ”

“The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the bathroom. The food was great. My son loved making his own waffle. The staff was very helpful and engaging. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to UNA! ”

“TV cable was lost for most of the guests. Leaky faucet. Reported, not fixed while I was there. Maybe after I left.”

“The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. No blankets. Bed frame made a loud metallic popping sound when I would either get into bed or roll over.”
