“Our stay was truly exceptional. Not only was the property only about a block from the beach, but it was beautifully maintained. All the little extras you need like paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, hand soap, etc. were provided. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. There is a porch out front with a ceiling fan as well. The property is only about 3/4 of a mile from downtown Asbury for additional shops and restaurants beyond those in Ocean Grove. “Very nice place. House as expected. We didnt spend a lot of time in the house so for in and out place was ok. I would describe it more comfortable for 10 people than 12 for sure. Air conditioning was window unit which they doubled as sound machine, which was nice. Overall was good. I would rate it as a solid 4.5 ”
