“Second time staying here. No complaints at all. Nothing was broken. Didn’t see not one roach/bug which always boosts a motel’s credibility for me. Was decently clean as well. Will stay here again. Keep up the great work. ”

“This property is located in an area where many old, beautiful homes are being restored, but it is also about a half mile from what appeared to be a soup kitchen. The town appears to have somewhat of a homeless problem, but it would probably be safe enough during the day. This is a residential area with no restaurant, so you'll need a car. My two biggest disappointments with this property were that there was no breakfast and no staff. It could be a great bed & breakfast, and maybe that is the……

“Great one night stay after a bad experience at the Moxy - Downtown Columbia and a Police raid during check-in at the Aloft. What's up with Columbia? The Moxy check-in at the bar was a nightmare. A long line of folks waiting to check-in as bartenders were attending drunks - not cool, cutting edge or even remotely hip. The Staff at the Graduate was prompt, incredibly kind and parking was a breeze. ”

“The room was nice . Overall service was good . Peggy was very helpful and kind. The room was a good sized room . On the expensive side though . I requested towels a few times and then finally decided to go to the desk bc no one responded . Overall hot was a decent place to stay . The traffics in the area was heavy so it was a little loud at night with sirens and cars . ”

“We had an amazing stay. The front desk was very helpful to all our needs. The room was very clean and spacious. I would recommend this place highly. ”

“The property was in a great location and had a parking lot. I didn't like that you had to pay $12 to park there, however. There are electric vehicle charging stations in the lot, which is a great bonus. I loved the variety at breakfast. It was high quality for a hotel breakfast. It's also nice that there is a bar/restaurant in the hotel.”
