“The overall property is need of repair and cleaning. The fence around the property was missing and damaged. Piles of concrete padding and material from renovations were piled and not covered. Steps to back of property leading to room lacked handrails. The new concrete steps were slick. The room was very well decorated. Parts of the walls were damaged. The two blinds in windows were broken.. The furnace ran constantly due to the other visitors kept raising the thermostat. The price of the stay……

“We loved Maryland and my son says it’s one of the most beautiful places he’s been. Less than 15 minutes from a charming little town called Potomac with shopping and good food. The property is lovely and the rooms were great. We used the kitchen and watched movies to wind down. Our trip into DC was smooth and the scenery was beautiful. We plan to return in July 2026 and bring the rest of the family. ”

“Initially I was impressed until I arrived at the property. I informed the owner we would be having dinner outside so we had tables and chairs delivered. I was given Soooo many rules about who could come where they needed to park and NO ONE could sleep over. Last time I checked I rented the whole house for 48 hours. I am an excellently rated house guest this is my 12th rental. Never have I been given such specific demands for having a dinner. The checkout day they were coming to get the table and……

“We enjoyed our stay. We were very close to DC, the airport, and all the museums. It was twelve of us. The home really felt like home. It has a very large open area on the first floor which includes the dining room, kitchen and living room. The adults and the children spent a lot of time together. We rented two vans but parking worked well at the house and was very convenient as we used an app to reserve parking in DC. We enjoyed the local restaurants and felt safe as we spent time in the city of……

“This was definitely a good place to stay. The neighborhood is not bad at all. The only issue we had with the property was there is no direct parking you must park on the street in front of the complex however the entrance to the home is in that back.”
