“The property was clean and well maintained. Property manager reached put a few days nefore hand to state how check in would go and if anything was needed. Property was close to all things needed.Would.highly recommend!”

“We spent a week at the property and found it very convenient and comfortable. The layout allowed for us to each have our own space which always helps when traveling with family :)It had everything we needed to make breakfast, do some laundry and chill after a day in DC. The bus to Georgetown was on the corner and the Metro to other parts of DC was a few minute walk. The neighborhood was safe and lovely to walk around it. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s were an easy walk away. Would definitely stay……

“We were visiting our college kid who lives just a few blocks away from the VRBO. Her place is much too small to accommodate all of us. It was great to meet up and have time together. The location is great. Accessibility to buses and the Metro. Hosts were attentive and responsive to us. We highly recommend this VRBO.”

“This apartment is in a pretty good location near the highway and King Street Metro Station, the neighborhood is super quiet. The apartment itself is immaculate! So clean and bright and cozy! Lizzeth, the host, is great with communication and giving instructions for how to access the place and the rules of the building/apartment. She proactively provides a list of potential activities to do in the area and is very helpful and friendly. She's a wonderful host!This is a great place to stay and 100%……

“Property is very nice. The check-in and check-out process was a bit daffy, but instructions were easy enough to follow. Good communication, but very reliant on text messaging. Check-out felt awkward - put the bag with the keys on the kitchen counter, take a photo, text it to us then lock the door on your way out. Must make sure that you have -all- of your personal effects before closing the door! For the most part, I spent the vast majority of my time across the way at the hotel. Company……
