“We loved this rental! The host called us on our way to confirm and we had great communication during our entire stay. Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED! My family of 5 was able to comfortably sprawl out and enjoy ourself. Thank you Margarita! Your home was so lovely. ”

“Beautiful apartment. Quiet and close to everything. Great amenities and helpful concierge. Make sure to reach out to the property owner for access code and room number ahead of time to avoid delays. Parking has to be scheduled ahead of time. ”

It was hotter than heck outside, but 2 window A/C units (including 1 in bedroom) were up to the task.3. Comfortable bed, spacious (as compared to typical area) kitchen and living room.4. Location -- Excellent! Have now stayed in 3 areas of ALX, and this was absolutely the best. Literally seconds from King St. Creperie / coffee shop downstairs, even. We ate at 3 staple Old ALX locations, and none……

Quiet neighborhood, close to the metro for ease getting to Washington DC, few minutes from Alexandris's old town and King Street. Half an hour from Mt.Vernon same to Arlington Cemetery. “This was our first time to DC and we chose to stay in a great location. Within walking distance to streetcar and Metro (at Union Station). It was hot and a tutorial on the room thermostat would have been helpful upon check in. We eventually figured it out and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ”

“Great place to stay. Centrally located. Bus was just down the block and you could travel anywhere from there. Host and hostess are great people and will to help with whatever is needed.”

“Excellent location with an easy walk to metro. Accommodations were top notch and the security desk was very helpful. We arrived late (11p) and had no issues checking info in; also a dedicated and secure parking space was ideal for us. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.The only recommendation is to provide a pitcher for water, maybe an ice tray and some tumblers.”
