“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. “This house was very nice. There were 17 of us and we were very comfortable. This is one of the most well stocked houses I have ever rented. There were more than enough towels and other amenities that we didn’t need anything. We never ran out of hot water either.The children and men enjoyed the game room until late in the evening. The hot tub was also a big hit. Bruce and his wife were very friendly and hospitable. We would definitely go back. ”
