“We stayed at the end cabin in the cabin complex. The cabin and the complex were really nice. The cabin was one main level with an upstairs loft area and a downstairs back porch area. It was open and spacious with a nice wood decor. The complex had fire pits, corn hole, a sauna, a hot tub etc... The whole place was nice and well thought out. Overall, it was great. I especially enjoyed morning coffee on the upper back deck and more evening smores than I could handle! There was one minor……

“We had such a great time. The house was great. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. The bunk house was really nice too. It is a beautiful area of Bridgeport lake. We will definitely be back”

“This was our second time and just like the first, we had an amazing time. Jimmy and his family are so nice and attentive to the needs of their guests. We came to spend quality time as a family. We had a few extra family members come out to shoot, fish, cook out and have smores, i let Jimmy know that and he had no problems with that. We didn't catch any fish but the memories made here are so worth it! Thank you so much Zimmerman family and we'll see you next time!”

“We came up just for the night. Great stay and location for our needs. Property was well maintained. We were visiting friends so we were gone most of the stay but had we stayed longer we would have enjoyed the fire pit overlooking the duck pond. Will book again if and when we return to the area!”

“Everything about this property was amazing. The decor and vintage furniture gave it a cozy home feel. They even provided women’s products with a sanitizing bag station by the toilet! “The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space.”

“I booked our cabin for my family to celebrate Thanksgiving and we had the best time! The neighbor was quiet and peaceful and we had the chance to fully unplug. The instructions were clear and I had a very attentive team who checked in with us throughout our team. The house is packed with games, cooking pans and anything you might need for a cozy weekend. Will be booking again for Christmas- can’t wait! ”
