However, the pull-out couch was uncomfortable and I would say it should not be considered a bed, and the bed on the main floor was also below standard. Communication with the host was excellent. “It was very nice "Back to 70's" kind of charming cottage. Owner and care taker were very nice. Just a problem was shower. It seems couldn't run hot and cold water same time. I struggled quite long time but only choice I got was shower in icy cold water or burning hot water. Every thing else was good especially the "skinny mirror"! the other cottager in the property were nice too.”

“Spouse and I had a nice break for our daily routines during our weekend stay at the cabin. The cabin was quiet and cozy with many modern amenities: My first time in a cabin and I didn't realize cabins could have electric kettles to make a nice hot tea in the morning.”

“The perfect place for a romantic getaway!Definitely want to revisit during the summer and fall!”

“There was a group of us who stayed here for two nights. It was close to the beach and you cannot swim in the water behind the property as it is water access for boats etc. to come in and out of the area. When we got there there was a few key items missing such as dishwasher pods, dish soap, oven mitts, hand soap in the bathroom. I did message the host about this and they offered to have the housekeeper bring some the next morning. However, we had already gone to Walmart to replace them. It also……

"I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas."
