“Good hotel, clean rooms! Liked Nespresso machines in the room but only 2 pods for 2 days. Pillows too worn out”

“Ich konnte leider nicht in ihrem Haus übernachten. Die Gründe lagen nicht bei ihnen. Den telefonischen Kontakt habe ich als sehr positiv und angenehm empfunden. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr aufmerksam.”

“Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ca. 25 Minuten über die Rheinpromenade erreichbar. Für eine Stadtbesichtigung hervorragend gelegen. Das Personal ist überaus nett undnimmer sehe hilfsbereit. All unsere Wünsche würden erfüllt. Fazit: Wir buchen das Hotel mit Sicherheit wieder, wenn wir nach Mainz fahren werden.”

“Schönes Hotel direkt im Park am Rhein. Jogging/Walking-Wege direkt vor der Tür. Große Auswahl an Kulinarik. Für ein Hotel sehr schöne Sauna-Landschaft inkl. Rooftop-Sauna mit Whirl-Pool.”

“The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. Free coffee was an added part. The Wi-Fi was touchy and only good in your room or near the front desk and was the only drawback of our stay. Front desk people were very nice,”

“When we step into the room, we find the window is open. We don't mind it. At night, unknown insects gather the top of the ceiling. lt's horrible. The other thing is there is no hot water kettle in the room and I couldn't deserve hot water in the front desk. I have lived in the other Ibis and the front desk always give me hot water.”

“Staff was extremely helpful upon arrival. Catered to our dog during check-in by bringing a water bowl. Room had a blanket, water bowl, food bowl, and new roll of dog bags. Room was large and nice. Restaurant was delicious. Gym was small but had proper equipment. 13 minutes away from outskirts of Wiesbaden and 25 minutes to central Wiesbaden. Across the street from plenty of drink and food options. Lots of designer and boutique shops.”

“約好5:00pm入住, 沒有職員招待，多次電話聯絡，十多分鐘才到，帶我們上apartment，入內才知道未有清潔房間，又未能找人支援，衹有帶我們去鄰近的其他apartment, 我們訂的是2房可以住兩對夫妻成年人的apartment,但是衹有一個間房內有2張床”

“Kreditkarte sollte nur für die Reservierung sein und wurde dann doch kurz vor Ankunft belastet obwohl Zahlung vor Ort vereinbart war :-(”

“We stayed 8 nights. Excellent in every respect!! Suite was very large and perfect for family of 3 or 4. Excellent personable service by the staff with daily housekeeping. Extremely quiet due to soundproofed windows as you are in the flight path of Frankfurt airport. Great walking trails along the river with playgrounds and parks for kiddos and wine/beergarten for adults. There is an excellent brewery directly across the street along with other restaurants walking distance. The restaurant……
