“This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka. However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean, - first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half. - I feel the carpet had something to bite - sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full - room service will laid part of the quilt on the……

“Property was clean in general, but needs to be maintained. Cupboard was broken, furniture was stained, pool area needs some love too, not inviting at all. Breakfast was generally ok when it arrived on time. Communication online was good but face to face was difficult and we speak the language. Would I stay in this apartment again the answer would be no.”

“服務人員態度親切 有禮 單點式的早餐 有英式或斯里蘭卡式可選 我選的是英式早餐 烤吐司與煎蛋的組合很美味 可惜趕著搭車 沒能全部吃完 此建物為前總理故居 外表氣派 但裝潢比較老式 昏暗 因為陰雨的關係 也覺得地毯有點濕氣 有空調的地方還蠻舒適的 附近為使館區 店家較少 但比較安靜和安全 電視頻道只有3~4台是清晰的”
