“As always, it was a privilege to stay at one of Marty's properties. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to the next visit.”

“The house was really great! I stayed there with my 3 kids teen and younger. The loved that we were so close to the beach! What was great was there were plenty of towels and beach towels!!! Usually I'm scrambling to do laundry for multiple trips to the beach. The beach is amazing, very flat and my kids were able to do some decent boogie boarding. The outdoor heated shower was definitely a plus! We will definitely be staying again!”

“We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed, lots of space (including beds and bathrooms) for our big group, and lots of beach equipment. House was clean and in good condition. Location is obviously top notch right on the beach, but lots of food options right around the corner was a huge plus. Only downside is that the house is actually two separate units, the ground level unit is only accessible from exterior doors. But this was not a huge deal. We highly recommend this house for big……

“This cottage is a hidden little gem! We enjoyed our 35 Anniversary in relax mode! It's very private and in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and some good restaurants and not far from Flagler Beach. We enjoyed JTs which has live music as well as Bartletts! This cute little cottage provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your little home away from home! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to stay in and cook if desired. We slept great as the……
