“Upon arriving at check in time, we were notified our room was still not ready. Waited in the lobby for an additional 40 minutes, approached the desk to check the room status, then informed it was ready and we were just never notified. In addition to this delay in check in we had issues when the room as well. We ”

“The hotel is beautiful. The ladies at the front counter are friendly, cheerful, & helpful. The room was clean. My only issue is we booked a room for 3 people & we only had towels for 2. We went to the front counter & the staff was very apologetic but said they were completely out of towels due to hotel being fully booked. She gave us extra hand towels in hopes we could make them work all while continuing to apologize. It was hard to be upset because we could tell she was sincere. ”

“The hotel’s proximity to the mall is so convenient! We could’ve walked there but chose to drive and could have a nice meal and go shopping all within a stone’s throw from our accommodations. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful and the premises were clean. The decor is excellent as well and our studio king room was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again when in the area.”

“The Ashley Quarters was fantastic! The staff was incredibly hospitable and check in was a breeze. The living space is like staying in an apartment with a full kitchen, comfy bedding and living area. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone traveling to Cincinnati!”
