“Lovely family run hotel in the countryside in Arouca! Suite was so clean and comfy and decor was sooo nice! Suite is the only one with a little Kitchenette in, but you can use the kitchen downstairs in the public area too! Very clean and thought of everything! Peaceful and lovely pool! ”

“We would have liked a more powerful shower head rather than a “wand” in the shower. Also, hotter water would be great after a long day of hiking. ”

“Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. When I returned to my room, the wifi didn't work and I called the receptio again, that is when they told me the Wifi ONLY works in the lobby. You have to ask for a hair drier at the reception and they ask you to return it right after you use it. Someone knocked few times on……

“Es un alojamiento con todo lo necesario , incluso con zona de comedor y nevera si necesitas dejar algo. En cambio el olor de la recepción era terrible, como a tubería , llegaba casi hasta las habitaciones. En las escaleras encontramos ropa de cama y toallas en el suelo que estuvieron durante dos días así como una bolsa de basura. La limpieza del baño no era muy exquisita tampoco. ”
