“We would have liked a more powerful shower head rather than a “wand” in the shower. Also, hotter water would be great after a long day of hiking. ”

“Staff and service were 2nd to none. Very hospitable and helpful both before our arrival and during. Would recommend. The included breakfast buffet was very plentiful in variety and volume. Lots of parking!!”

“Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. When I returned to my room, the wifi didn't work and I called the receptio again, that is when they told me the Wifi ONLY works in the lobby. You have to ask for a hair drier at the reception and they ask you to return it right after you use it. Someone knocked few times on……

“The hotel is amazing, it was one of the best experiences in our life, very comfortable and quiet room with fantastic views, perfect service and great staff. The spa is fabulous and possible to go there with kids from 6 years old. Breakfast was tasty, and Vinha restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The hotel also has a nice garden and transfer to the city centre, which was so convenient. We will definitely visit this place again.”

“Correu tudo bem, o pequeno almoço com muita variedade, mas eu senti um cadinho nas frutas, pois não vi; banana, papaia, melão. O quarto amplo e ambiente agradável, conforto, roupa de cama muito boa. Camas aconchegante. Recepção simpática e muito agradável. ”

“L'hôtel est très bien, les chambres sont faites tous les jours, snacks et boissons à l'entrée, station de métro en face de l'hôtel, petits restos sympas aux alentours. Attention à la situation de la chambre dans l' hôtel ( bruit ). Mais dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Personnel sympathique !”

“Im Zentrum gelegen und gut erreichbar. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal war freundlich, das Hotel selbst hatte etwas den Hochhaus Charme der 70ziger Jahre, die renovierten Zimmer waren aber OK und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut.”

“Es un alojamiento con todo lo necesario , incluso con zona de comedor y nevera si necesitas dejar algo. En cambio el olor de la recepción era terrible, como a tubería , llegaba casi hasta las habitaciones. En las escaleras encontramos ropa de cama y toallas en el suelo que estuvieron durante dos días así como una bolsa de basura. La limpieza del baño no era muy exquisita tampoco. ”
