“Wow this house is amazing. Great location with sea views . Beautifully modern and clean . We stayed as a group of 8 and had plenty of room . Highlights were the hot tub and outdoor area . The hosts went above and beyond and always answered queries quickly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again . ”

The location of the property is perfect for a beach holiday.Tate St Ives is right on the doorstep and the Barbara Hepworth Museum is a short walk away. Everything St Ives has to offer is a short walk from the house, including fabulous bakeries shops and restaurants. ”

“This cosy cottage, tucked away in the trees on this delightful holiday park was just perfect. We lost count of the number of different birds we heard and saw. It was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. The cottage was spotless and warm, and a bonus bottle of wine and box of cakes were waiting on the table for us. What more could anyone ask?!”

“The house is well cared for and loved. Exceptionally clean and well equipped for a holiday. The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. The towels provided for both bathrooms are large and very soft. The patio area it is a large sunny oasis to enjoy Al fresco dining or just to enjoy the sunshine. The house is located at the top of a hill (most of St Ives is very hilly). About a five minute walk down hill to the town centre. At the end of your stay your fitness levels will have improved……

“a superb 3 storey house with amazing sea views over Porthmeor Beach and the headland. Clean, tidy and well equipped with plenty of external space for entertaining with further sea views. Have stopped in 3 large houses around St Ives so far, and this is by far the best house. Highly recommended.”

“Really enjoyed our stay in Lelant - the house had all the facilities we could have needed. It was a nice (but not especially short) walk to the beach - which was fine by us! In terms of location it was a short drive to so many places down in the SW of Cornwall. In all a great place in a great location! ”

“It was a modern house with a lovely decking and great location to walk to the beaches and St Ives. Check out could be later than 10am as we paid a lot to stay and in some places there was black mould. Overall it was clean and had nice modern furniture, ”

“Only drawback really was it opens onto a busy-ish road. Parking nearby on Station Hill was fine (make sure your handbrake works). One or two little niggles sorted out quickly by the property manager Alex (thanks Alex!)”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this Carbis Bay property. The house itself is spacious and modern, extremely comfortable and well equipped, with the standout feature being the coastal view enjoyed from the house and the spacious outdoor decking. The location is also fantastic being a short (albeit very steep!) walk from the lovely beach in Carbis Bay and around an enjoyable 40 minute walk along the coastal path to St Ives. Highly recommended.”

“We had a fantastic Easter break at the house. The view over St Ives is abdolutely amazing and the location is perfect. The house has everything we needed fora very comfortable stay. The beds are all comfy. You can nip into the town for a pasty in just a few minutes and even though the walk back is quite steep it's a quick journey so not too bad! I would love to return. Already recommended to friends and family. ”
