“We enjoyed the convenient location within walking distance to town, beaches and the beautiful coastal paths. We walked to Lelant and took the train back and then to Zennor and caught the bus back. Just far enough away from town to not hear the noise, but still close enough to walk into town. Beautiful views, spacious apartment, thoughtfully furnished kitchen with everything you need including electric kettle and coffee maker. We enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the sun rise each morning.……

“Beautiful house with stunning views over carbis bay. Very well equipped with plenty of space inside and outside for everyone. Comfy beds and the hot tub was an added touch. Walk to carbis bay was 6mins down a steep hill and tesco superstore half a mile away for convenience. Neil and Lisa were exceptional hosts providing us with a brand new bbq for our evening outdoor dining and were on hand immediately when the shower leaked that was dealt with the next day. “We had a fantastic Easter break at the house. The view over St Ives is abdolutely amazing and the location is perfect. The house has everything we needed fora very comfortable stay. The beds are all comfy. You can nip into the town for a pasty in just a few minutes and even though the walk back is quite steep it's a quick journey so not too bad! I would love to return. Already recommended to friends and family. ”

"The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene.
